THE BROKEN WHISTLE REPRISAL INFOGRAPHIC DOSSIER
“Hell is empty and all the devils are here.” —William Shakespeare
This is a detailed visual dossier covering Chapters 17–23 of The Broken Whistle: A Deep State Run Amok.
It lays out, office by office, what I did, what I reported, what the record shows, and how the system responded. The progression is difficult to ignore:
misconduct and leadership failures at an Afghanistan base,
EEO and personnel-process failures,
a deeply deficient CIA Inspector General reprisal investigation,
additional failures by the Intelligence Community Inspector General,
CIA Office of Security pressure and clearance actions,
CIA, DNI, and OGC leadership inaction,
congressional oversight failures,
and CIGIE’s failure to meaningfully police the watchdogs.
The most disturbing part is that this case was never meaningfully resolved. The disclosures were documented. The reprisals were documented. Multiple oversight bodies were put on notice. Congress was put on notice. Senior CIA and DNI leadership were put on notice. Yet accountability never came. Instead, the pattern became:
Delay. Deflect. Isolate. Exhaust. Wait for time to bury the record.
But time is not resolution. Silence is not accountability. And an unresolved whistleblower reprisal case does not disappear simply because institutions stop answering.
This new visual dossier presents the record in a clear, chronological format and shows why the failures described in The Broken Whistle extend far beyond one manager, one office, or one decision.
The case remains open. The questions remain unanswered. And the record remains.
