The Pedro Israel Orta Evangelistic Association (PIOEA), now doing business as Pedro Israel Orta Ministries, was founded on 3 November 2020, incorporated in the state of Oklahoma. Although this ministry is new, Mr. Orta is not new to ministry. This was a change of focus and a new direction. New beginnings. Out with the old and in with new. The Lord is doing a new thing. PIOEA will preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ through every available tool with no shame.
Mr. Orta has been a credentialed minister since May 1991 with the Bradley, Illinois based Evangelical Church Alliance. For a brief period beginning in June 1994, Mr. Orta was an ordained minister with Tulsa, Oklahoma based Faith Christian Fellowship, with impartation and laying on of hands by Dr. Doyle “Buddy” and Pat Harrison. After a season of ministry, Mr. Orta took a different direction completing higher education and work for the US Government serving in war zone locations. Gaining valuable lessons which can apply to many areas of life. As that season closed, Mr. Orta moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to establish a permanent ministry headquarters.
Despite significant training in the Word of God since 1989 through anointed ministers such as Kenneth E. Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, Jerry Savelle, and Keith Moore, Mr. Orta enrolled in August 2019 in Rhema Bible Training College (RBTC) and completed the first year and first half of the second year. Mr. Orta withdrew from RBTC in January 2021 to attend the Christ for all Nations (CfaN) Evangelism Bootcamp in Orlando, Florida. A very intensive hands on training program of three months in Orlando and three weeks field initiation work in Mbeya, Tanzania, Africa. Mr. Orta also spent an additional five weeks in Mbeya, Tanzania working on a CfaN Decapolis mass Evangelism crusade. Post CfaN Bootcamp and Decapolis service, Mr. Orta has been ordained with CfaN and seeks to continue with Evangelistic type ministry. Mr. Orta welcomes opportunities to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Vision of PIOEA is to “Minister the Living Word of God with the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit.”
The Mission of PIOEA is to:
1. Preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the anointed one, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever; who saves, heals, delivers, restores, and sets the captives free.
2. Preach and teach the integrity of the Word of God, which never fails; and lives and abides forever.
3. Teach the Body of Christ the principles of faith, righteousness, the authority of the believer, in Christ realities, and how to be led by the Holy Spirit.
4. Create an atmosphere of reverence and deference for the Word and the Holy Spirit during times of ministry, allowing the Holy Spirit the complete freedom to minister as he wills.
5. Minister with demonstrations of the spirit and of the power of God.
6. No pretense, no performance, and no personality that exalts itself above God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The world needs no more pretending and performing personalities devoid of the authentic power of God.
